My 10 year old daughter & I created LadyBug Restaurant Reviews to write about the restaurants we eat at from a parent/child perspective. Our ratings are for food, service, presentation, friendly waitstaff and overall experience. We rate on a 1 - 5 ladybug scale, with 5 ladybugs being the highest score. Sushi Momoya!

Sophia says: My water took long to be served . Me and my brother had the chicken teriyaki.  The service was okay.  The table was nice. The food was good. I liked the rice.
p.s. On the first review we wrote, I wanted to say the chocolate truffle was the best cake, and the cheesecake was the least favorite.

Jodie says: This is a nice little sushi restaurant next to Safeway on Shoreline. They have good sushi rolls. The service is good except when its busy, but we like to walk here when the weather is nice.

Our first review - Peninsula Creamery!

Tonight we went out to dinner at Peninsula Creamery in Palo Alto. Our party consisted of 3 adults, 2 children and 1 college student. The booth was really cramped.  It was 5:00 p.m. and not very crowded.  Our waitress had a very relaxed attitude. We ordered 4 different meals:
Chicken fingers, 2 cheeseburgers, BLT sandwich, and a lot of fries.
The kids thought the chicken fingers were just okay. I ordered the BLT with wheat bread and it came on sourdough.  The cheeseburgers were really good, and the fries were hot and delicious.
In the middle of dinner, our server told us she was taking a break and we waited for our new one, but had to stack our own plates before they were picked up. Finally, we ordered dessert:
1 oreo cheesecake, a chocolate truffle bread pudding , and a coconut cake.
All the cakes were good but the cheesecake was the best and the coconut cake was the least favorite.
It was very family friendly, with tables, booths, a counter with an old fashioned soda fountain.
Our Ratings:  (out of 5)

Final Thoughts:  We would go back but only with the kids.
